When you join my class, I will address your strengths and needs individually and lead you in the right direction to reach your goals whatever they may be. Take a minute to look at my weekly schedule and book a class today.

Beginner Friendly Yoga Class

This class will push you to dive deeper into your practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. This is a class great for someone who is brand new to yoga and a season yogi who wants to deepen their practice.

Sweat & Let Go

My Sweat & Let Go class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life. Grab a mat, don’t forget your water bottle, and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.
