I am thrilled you have decided to stop by. I’ve been a passionate Yoga Instructor certified in Power Vinyasa and Yoga Sculpt. I completed my training at Core Power Yoga in Arlington, Virginia.  I look forward to sharing the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

I’m a certified Yoga Instructor based in Washington, DC. Since 2013, I’ve tapped into the world of yoga, and I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon. Namaste.

Beginner Friendly Yoga Class

Sweat & Let Go

This class will push you to dive deeper into your practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. This is a class great for someone who is brand new to yoga and a season yogi who wants to deepen their practice.
