About the event

Meditation is a great way to calm your stress level and to help you find more balance in your day. 

Each week we will wind down on Wednesday nights for a 30 minute meditation session. 

You will need a blanket  to cover you, a pillow and something to cover your eyes (eye mask). This session does not require an experience and I will guide you safely through the session.
